Refunds/Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from Mordialloc Saddlery, returns will be accepted for a full refund, provided the goods are.

1. Unused, undamaged and able to be resold.
2. In their original, unopened manufacturers packaging.
3. Recieved at our office within 7 days of invoice date.

If you do wish to return an item you need to contact our office (see contact page for information) for return authority. We will not accept goods returned as COD freight. Freight & Handling costs remain responsibility of the customar and are not refundable, except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect dispatch.
